Logging out on shared devices

Logging out is the safe way to protect your account on a shared or borrowed phone.

Logging out wipes cached data and any unsynced entries in the outbox from that device. This keeps the next person from seeing your information.

If you’ve been logging offline, your entries sit in the outbox until they sync. Reconnect and let them sync before you log out — otherwise unsynced entries are cleared with the rest of the cache.

A quick check: once you’re back online, wait until the app shows everything synced, then log out.
