Renewing manually

If you don’t use auto-renewal, you renew whenever you like — before or after your period ends.

Reminders

We remind you 7 days and 1 day before your subscription expires, so you have time to renew.

How renewing stacks

Renewing extends your subscription. The new period starts from whichever is later:

• now, if your subscription has already expired, or
• your current period end, if you renew early.

So renewing early never wastes the days you’ve already paid for.

How to renew

Open Billing, choose your plan and period, and pay by M-Pesa or card.
