Auto-renewal (opt-in)

Auto-renewal is off by default. Your subscription never renews itself unless you deliberately turn it on.

Turning it on

1. Pay for any period by card — the card is saved automatically.
2. Go to Billing and switch Auto-renewal ON.

Auto-renewal is card-only — M-Pesa payments can’t auto-renew, so an M-Pesa period simply expires unless you renew it manually.

What happens at period end

When auto-renewal is on, we attempt to charge your saved card as the period ends. We make at most 2 charge attempts; if both fail, your subscription follows the normal grace period and expiry.

Turning it off (“cancelling”)

To stop future charges, switch Auto-renewal OFF in Billing. That’s all “cancelling” means here — you keep access until your paid period ends, and you’re never charged again automatically.
