Where to go

Settings → Legal is where data-rights requests live — downloading a copy of your data, and requesting account deletion.

Note

Self-service data export and deletion are rolling out. If you don’t see the option yet, contact support and we’ll handle your request.

What deletion means

When you delete your account, your data enters a 30-day purge: it’s removed from active use immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. This window lets us reverse accidental deletions and meet our record-keeping duties.
