Give it a few minutes
Section titled “Give it a few minutes”M-Pesa confirmations can lag. After you pay, the app polls for about 3 minutes waiting for confirmation. Keep the app open during that time.

Section titled “Still pending?”Contact support with your payment reference (from M-Pesa or your billing history).
